ATL ADU Co. Pilots

In 2017, KUA helped create the ATL ADU Co. with the goal of designing, building, and delivering ADUs on in-town properties across Atlanta, GA. KUA helped implement 2 pilot projects in the year(s) 2017-2018 providing proof of concept and feasibility for implementation in Atlanta neighborhoods. The ADUs implemented in partnership with KUA and ATL ADU Co helped to gently increase housing supply in Atlanta’s neighborhoods of Reynoldstown and Inman Park without negatively affecting the neighborhood’s scale and character.
